Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities Include:

  • Schedule staff based on park volume
  • Train staff to use software, customer interaction, opening and closing procedures
  • Enter inventory into POS, maintain inventory
  • Placing orders for merchandise
  • Be aware of Franchise Brand standards
  • Retail experience

As well as:

  • Maximum customer interaction
  • Must be friendly and courteous and strive for excellent customer service
  • Must be comfortable working with money: closing a register for the day, maintaining change, counting out change
  • Must be comfortable working with reservation software/POS system
  • Must be comfortable answering phones
  • Keep store clean: dusting of shelves and merchandise, sweeping, vacuuming, removing garbage
  • Restocking of merchandise as it sells, unpacking boxes, tagging merchandise
  • Must be comfortable opening and closing the store
  • Have a basic knowledge of the campground and be aware of the current scheduled activities to answer guest questions
  • Must be able to handle working in a busy environment
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds
