Aquatics Supervisor

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring beach/swimming amenities rules are being followed
  • Must be friendly and courteous and strive for excellent customer service
  • Must be able to work outdoors
  • Must be at least 16 years of age or older
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Maintain necessary paperwork
  • Monitor items customers use such as water inflatable playground equipment, life jackets, tubes, kayaks, etc
  • Maximum customer interaction, must be able to handle customer complaints and inquiries
  • Work well with others
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Certified lifeguard preferred but not required
  • CPR certification is preferred but not required
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  •  

As well as:

  • CPO certification
  • Have knowledge of pool and water amenities equipment and its maintenance
  • Have knowledge of pool/water safety, and state requirements and regulations
  • Schedule staff for a volume of the park
  • Maintain and order equipment, chemicals, and supplies
  • Obtain state-mandated tests and sampling
  • Keep complete records for equipment and testing
  • Be able to respond quickly in the event of an emergency
