Housekeeper

Responsibilities Include:

  • Must be friendly and courteous and strive for excellent customer service
  • Clean public bathhouses and bathrooms: mopping, sweeping, sanitizing
  • Clean various types of lodging units: vacuuming, sweeping, sanitizing
  • Ensure that necessary components in lodging units are in working order: light bulbs, smoke detectors, etc.
  • Report broken/non-functioning items to the maintenance department
  • Complete applicable paperwork
  • Minimal customer interaction, but must be friendly and courteous and attempt to assist customers
  • Some laundering of park linens
  • Must work well with others
  • Have a basic knowledge of the campground and amenities to answer guest questions
  • On-the-job training
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds
